Starck 1 - The bathroom by Philippe Starck, Starck discovered the essence of things. And our basic needs: freshness, cleanliness, physical pleasures. The bowl from which we ladle water is transformed into a washbasin. Different sizes to choose from, but all come to full circle when reflected in a mirror. Their ingenious finishing touch: towel rails that can be integrated into siphon cover or pedestal. Conveniently positioned where you need a towel most. The WCs (toilets) and bidets - both come in wallmounted and floor standing versions - openly admit their origins. The barrel-shaped vanity unit, made from warm wood veneer, offers plenty of storage for towels and bath utensils. Further complemented by washbasin, handrinse basin and tall cabinet. Finally the mirror, whose slimline form also combines well with a glass lampshade. |
