Return must be made with a completed copy of the return form. Download a copy by clicking on this link ‘Returns Form’. Before you return this form and the goods, please email us or telephone us to request a Returns Number, so as to allow our administration department realise you are returning your goods.

Goods returned without a fully completed form is liable to a £15 administration charge.
For all small items that arrive with the carriers, you agree to thoroughly open and check the goods, for damage, correctness and for missing items within 24 hours of signing for the goods. You must notify us within 72 hours of the delivery to enable us to claim on your behalf. Notification of damage goods greater than 72 hours can leave you liable to cover the costs.

For Bulky deliveries that arrive on pallets, you agree to check that all the items are present, in perfect condition and correct. You must open the boxes, check for damage if found notify Sheths Bathrooms. If the driver does not agree to wait for you to check the goods, please do not sign for the goods and contact Sheths Bathrooms.

We will arrange collection of the Damaged item(s) for a weekday collection at an amicable time for both parties. Remember all returned goods must include our Returns Note and have suitable outer packaging applied to the outside of the box. Upon receipt of the damaged goods, Sheths Bathrooms will undergo necessary tests to determine the damage. Upon checking the damage, a replacement or refund will be made. The cost of initial delivery may also be refunded (unless part of a larger order).
In the event of goods being faulty Sheths Bathrooms should be informed immediately, quoting the order number and date of delivery. A returns number will be given to you to help complete the returns form. We will arrange collection of the Faulty item(s) for a weekday collection at an amicable time for both parties. Remember all returned goods must include our Returns Note and have suitable outer packaging applied to the outside of the box. Upon receipt of the faulty goods, Sheths Bathrooms will undergo necessary tests to conclude the fault. Upon finding any fault(s) a replacement or refund will be made, we will refund the cost of the faulty goods and the delivery charge (unless part of a larger order).
Requests for the return of products because of 'ordered in error' or 'cancellation' (after shipment has been made), must be made within 7 days of shipment.

For any item to be returned and receive a refund, with the exception of toilet seats as they are non returnable due to health and hygiene reasons, goods must be returned unused, in perfect re-saleable condition, including original undamaged packaging. When returning rejected goods, the package and goods must be in perfect condition (unused). The item must be packaged as received, ensuring that any box/packaging supplied with the item is retained and in good condition; and include the returns note we provide.
Also it is your responsibility to ensure that suitable outer packaging is applied to the products outer box to ensure that the box and product does incur any further damage in transit back to us, again, failure to do so will affect the time of validity of any refund/exchange. It is your responsibility to cover the cost of returning the goods. Please let us know if you require a collection, this will be chargeable.

Upon receipt of returned goods, Sheths Bathrooms will refund you for your order less any postage costs incurred and a 25% to 30% restocking charge.

For Health and Hygienic Reasons Toilet Seats are non returnable, so please check if its the correct Toilet Seat for your WC Pan, or you can email us with some images of the WC Pan with Brand name if known to us so that we can provide you the correct Toilet Seat.

Goods that are specically ordered as a Special Order are non returnable.

If the items are returned to us in an unsatisfactory condition, your refund could be withheld.
By signing the delivery note, you are agreeing that all goods arrived are correct, in perfect condition and that all items are present. Later claims for damages will not be considered. If someone else other than the customer is signing for the goods, you agree to inform them to check for damages and correctness and you accept by them signing for the goods you accept full responsibility for loss or damage.

Where the goods are damaged or faulty will reimburse the customer with the cost of postage. All returns are tested and if the item proves not to be damaged or faulty, only the product value will be returned. You will be charged the actual collection and delivery charge.
Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be made.
